Executea provides remote and on-site business support services designed to assist businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations with day-to-day operations, coordination, communication, and workflow management. Clients agree to use our services lawfully, professionally, and in accordance with all applicable regulations. Any misuse of services, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or unlawful behavior may result in suspension or termination of services at our discretion.
Service Scope
Executea offers a range of administrative and operational support services, including but not limited to executive assistance, scheduling, workflow coordination, customer support, data management, and operational assistance. Service deliverables, timelines, and engagement terms may vary depending on the selected package or custom agreement established with the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and any materials necessary for Executea to effectively perform agreed-upon services. Delays caused by incomplete information, lack of communication, or unavailable resources may impact project timelines or service delivery.
Payment & Billing
All payments must be completed according to the agreed billing schedule outlined within the selected service package or proposal. Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional fees where applicable. Executea reserves the right to modify pricing, packages, or service structures at any time with reasonable notice.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time in accordance with the agreed engagement terms. Executea reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services in cases involving misuse, unlawful activity, non-payment, or violations of these terms. Outstanding balances for completed work or active service periods may still apply following termination.
